Your new role:

Under the guidance of the Head of Games & Home Entertainment, Latam, you will serve as the lead for executing the Home Entertainment Strategies for Transactional Digital Video, aligned with the company's business plan and revenue goals.

Your role accountabilities:

  1. Develop, prepare, and present the company's new release slate of films to all clients via quarterly roadshow presentations, negotiating on a title-by-title basis and providing client support (featuring, CRM, specialized rooms, etc.) as much as possible.

  2. Develop, prepare, and present customized quarterly promotional calendars to clients, negotiating on a promotion-by-promotion basis, and providing support as feasible.

  3. Act as the primary point-of-contact for the client base, promptly addressing requests, concerns, and other matters.

  4. Provide insights and input on all new release and catalog promotion marketing campaigns proposed by the Marketing Team, collaborating closely on all Home Entertainment matters.

  5. Develop and recommend pricing strategies for all titles, including re-pricing during their lifecycle, and oversee pricing analyses.

  6. Develop and implement catalog promotion campaigns, including title selection, pricing, themes, and timing, and conduct post-campaign reviews.

  7. Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to Home Entertainment.

  8. Participate in global account calls (Amazon, Apple, Google) and other meetings led by Home Entertainment executives, providing Brazil-specific input as needed.

  9. Develop and execute strategies for the Brazilian Home Entertainment market, considering local market dynamics, film slate, and other factors.

  10. Audit client performance against obligations, and implement strategies to address non-compliance.

  11. Lead business development initiatives for Home Entertainment in Brazil.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Solid experience in sales (preferably in a B2C environment), marketing, or related areas.

  • Proficiency in English (advanced level).

  • Knowledge of data and operations management tools (Excel, PowerPoint), including handling databases and complex spreadsheets.
