Job Description About Us: We are a leading training and development corporation building a manpower pool for global industry requirements. We have a footprint across 40 nations, offering training and development solutions to individuals, enterprises, and institutions. We are looking for our next training operations coordinator. This role is part of the Operations team and supports us in Frankfurt. To deliver outstanding service, you will work together with part of the team based in India on a common project. You will be reporting to the training operations manager. You will be the key contact point for all local stakeholders, coordinating training session delivery. You will master and oversee all activities within the service. You will work closely and in partnership with the customer's learning delivery team. Responsibilities: Analyze the training needs provided by clients and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per site. Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required. Organize the training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution. Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program. Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required. Follow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool. Ensure Learner Support Level 2. Requirements We are seeking an individual with: 2 to 4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations. Exposure to an international work environment. A high-level understanding of the training landscape. A customer service-oriented posture. Team player skills. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Attention to detail, structured, and organized, capable of prioritizing activities. Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM. Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage. Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint.
