Estamos procurando um(a) Especialista em Sales Enablement para dar suporte direto ao crescimento e performance do time de vendas da Referência Capital. O foco é estruturar os conteúdos, treinamentos e processos que garantam que SDRs e Closers atuem com alta eficiência e previsibilidade. Responsabilidades: Mapear, atualizar e organizar os playbooks de vendas, estrutura de funil e jornadas comerciais.Criar e aplicar treinamentos para onboarding, rampagem e reciclagem do time comercial.Produzir materiais estratégicos: apresentações, roteiros, scripts, matriz de objeções, guias e comparativos.Apoiar a liderança comercial na identificação de gargalos de performance e desenvolvimento de soluções.Acompanhar dados de CRM, ligações e indicadores de performance para propor melhorias contínuas.Padronizar e reforçar os rituais de gestão: 1:1, feedbacks, reuniões semanais e QBRs.Garantir alinhamento entre marketing, SDRs e Closers, promovendo fluidez em toda jornada do lead. Requisitos: Experiência com capacitação de times de vendas ou estruturação de materiais comerciais.Boa capacidade de organização, escrita didática e visão de processos.Conhecimento de ferramentas como Google Slides, Notion, Trello e CRM (Hubspot ou similares).Perfil proativo, analítico e com forte senso de responsabilidade.Diferenciais: Ter atuado em startups, fintechs ou empresas com operação de inside sales.Conhecimento em frameworks como SPIN Selling, GPCT ou Sandler. Horário: Segunda a sexta, horário comercial.
