Responsabilidades:
● Realizar o Account Planning das empresas da sua carteira, mapeando os
organogramas, decisores, objetivos estratégicos e demais pontos relevantes para
que a venda seja possível;
● Liderar o processo de vendas de ponta a ponta, desde a identificação da
oportunidade, até o fechamento, por meio do envolvimento de recursos
apropriados, como engenheiros de pré-vendas, serviços profissionais, marketing,
etc.
● Desenhar o plano de atingimento de quota, considerando as frentes mapeadas e
qual a estratégia que usaremos para cada uma delas, usando sua experiência em
vendas de soluções para identificar as necessidades dos clientes e o potencial de
negócios para construir uma parceria estratégica de longo prazo com seus clientes;
● Elaborar o cronograma de atividades para as contas selecionadas;
● Fortalecer o relacionamento com os clientes por meio de engajamento regular e
reuniões presenciais, de modo a conseguir navegar na estrutura organizacional
para prospectar novas oportunidades;
● Crescer as vendas da plataforma idwall, por meio de venda estratégica baseada em
valor, definição de caso de negócios, análise de ROI e referências;
● Manter seu pipeline e CRM atualizados e saudáveis;
● Colaborar com todos à sua volta.
Requisitos:
● Experiência com vendas corporativas B2B em empresas de tecnologia, modelo
SaaS, para empresas de grande porte;
● Experiência com vendas para interlocutores de negócios C-level e experiência
liderando e fechando vendas complexas;
● Capacidade de entender as necessidades dos clientes, habilidade de liderança e
engajar outras áreas;
● Comunicação, dinamismo, proatividade, boa organização de rotina, além de muita
vontade de aprender e fazer acontecer.
● Inglês fluente
