Strategic Recruitment Leader This role plays a critical part in the client's Talent Acquisition organization, collaborating closely with business leaders to develop and execute effective hiring strategies. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will oversee full-cycle recruitment across Engineering, Product, and GTM roles in the LATAM region, partnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders to drive hiring outcomes. Oversee full-cycle recruitment across key functional areas in the LATAM region. Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders to ensure alignment and success. Utilize data-driven tools to proactively source top talent and build diverse pipelines. Translate market research into actionable hiring strategies, ensuring a strong candidate experience. Own the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and smooth process flow throughout the hiring lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders. Utilize data analytics to inform sourcing decisions and optimize recruitment processes.
