About The Team/Role: We are looking for a customer-centric operations analyst to join the 99Food Delivery team. Our mission is to build the best experience for our couriers and to drive strategic and sustainable growth. In this role, you will work on cross-functional strategic projects and support data analyses that help shape our business strategy, including creating hypotheses, testing them, and developing solutions to improve growth. This role offers opportunities to develop both technical and business skills through industry experience.
