Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders, such as influencers, brokers, and KOLs, to explore potential partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and improvements based on market needs and customer feedback. Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets in the cryptocurrency space is a crucial aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders to explore potential partnerships Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and improvements Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets Required Skills and Qualifications: Passion for Blockchain and Web3 Technologies: You must have a genuine interest in blockchain and web3 technologies and be passionate about their applications in the industry. Self-Driven and Impact-Oriented: We are looking for someone who is self-driven, proactive, and has a strong desire to make a meaningful impact in the evolving cryptocurrency space. Effective Listening and Execution: You should be able to listen effectively to market needs and execute actions accordingly. Experience: At least 1.5 years of experience in the crypto industry sales/BD is required.
