Business Growth Strategist Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a rapidly growing company, we need talented individuals who are committed to helping us achieve our goals. The role involves developing effective partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and brands to drive business growth. Proactively identify and develop strategic partnerships with local suppliers, manufacturers, and brands to increase overall value. Assist suppliers in establishing themselves on our platform and guide them in developing comprehensive plans including market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational strategies. Propose innovative ideas based on current market trends and create and implement projects through resource integration and supplier guidance. Conduct market analysis reports, explore potential customer needs through data analysis, and adjust strategies accordingly based on industry trends. Key Requirements: Skills / Qualifications Essential : 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field, preferably with experience in brand management or operations. Strong connections and relationships with local supplier networks is a plus. Excellent data analysis skills, able to analyze market trends and project management through data, and summarize conclusions. Possesses market exploration and marketing innovation capabilities, capable of guiding overall merchant marketing plans. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changes. Preferred Desirable : Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during high-demand periods.
