Key Account Manager - Opportunity in iGaming This is a fantastic chance to work at the forefront of online gaming content development, with a global powerhouse seeking a Key Account Manager for its dynamic team. The role involves managing strategic partnerships and fostering long-term client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery and maximum client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with key clients as primary point of contact. Represent the company's full portfolio of products and communicate upcoming game releases. Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns. Analyse campaign performance and proactively address issues. Identify evolving client needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with business objectives. Resolve customer issues efficiently and implement improvements based on root-cause analysis. Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth service delivery and maximum client satisfaction. What We're Looking For: 3–5 years' experience in account management in the online B2B iGaming sector. Proven success in building and growing client relationships in a commercial setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities. Fluent English; Portuguese proficiency an asset. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Professional demeanour, flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours when needed. A dynamic and challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, ability to build lasting relationships, and enthusiasm for delivering innovative solutions.
