ServiceNow Analyst - Strategic Reporting We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Analyst to lead our reporting and analytics efforts. As a strategic partner, you will be responsible for driving data visibility and operational performance insights across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Data Visualization tools. A strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, KPIs, and data governance is essential for this role. Develop and implement reporting and analytics strategies to support business objectives. Design and build dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Visualization tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to align reporting with goals and ITIL frameworks. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across ServiceNow, Power BI, and Salesforce. Requirements: 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Reporting, or Data Visualization. Proven ability to design dashboards across ITSM, CSM, and SPM modules. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, tables, and CMDB relationships. Excellent collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment. Familiarity with ITIL KPI frameworks (MTTR, SLA, backlog, etc.). Experience with VividCharts, Power BI, or Tableau. Exposure to Automation Engine, Flow Designer, or Now Assist analytics. Certifications (Optional): ServiceNow CSA, Performance Analytics & Reporting Micro-Certs, ITIL 4 Foundation.
