**Job Title:** Technical Customer Success Specialist As a technical customer success specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to complex customer support issues. This role involves troubleshooting escalated support cases, providing proactive and personalized customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to diagnose and resolve recurring problems. The key responsibilities of this position include: Delivering specialized technical solutions to customers, leveraging your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Providing exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience. In terms of required skills and qualifications, we are seeking individuals with: A minimum of 8+ years of customer support experience, preferably in an ERP/MIS environment. Strong understanding of support operations and troubleshooting methodologies, including hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as strong documentation and organizational abilities.
