Technical Support Specialist We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide customer support and resolve technical issues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and guiding clients through any issues they may encounter. Manage large volumes of incoming requests. Provide expert support to answer inquiries on products. Acknowledge and handle technical issues. Route tickets to the correct teams. Follow established communication protocols and procedures. You will work closely with our global teams to resolve customer complaints and deliver solutions within set timelines. Your role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and technical personnel. To excel in this position, you will need: A degree in Computer Science or a related field. At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in technical customer support. The ability to diagnose complex technical issues. A basic understanding of frameworks such as Agile, ITIL, COBIT. Proficiency in ticketing tools (Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce).
