You are detail-oriented, a dynamic self-starter, and a strong collaborator.**Key Objectives**Talent Acquisiiton (80%)- Perform full-cycle recruitment for open requisitions in Latin America from sourcing, screening, coordination, interviewing/assessment, offer stages, and onboarding;- Help identify tools and processes to enable strong recruiting operations;- Boost new positions announcements internally and encourage participation on the Employee Referral Program;- Partner with Marketing team to execute onsite & virtual events with a focus on early engagement and strategic branding;- Identify and implement improvements in the talent acquisition and Onboarding processes.HR Operations (20%)- Support People Services team and People Business Partners conducting salary surveys;- Partner with People Services & IT teams to coordinate a great onboarding experience for new hires;- Help enhance Confluence as the single source of truth for HR processes.*****Required Qualifications**- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or similar degrees- Strong experience with the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding- Experience in the IT industry- Experience with Employer Branding strategies- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in **Portuguese** and **English**:- Availability to work 100% on-site in **Recife**:- Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills- Proactivity and autonomy- Strong attention to detail- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently- Strong team player & critical thinker*****Preferred Qualifications**- Linkedin Recruiter Experience- Experience Recruiting for other countries in Latin America- Ability to communicate in Spanish- Experience managing Talent Acquisition KPIs or other Human Resources indicators**What We Offer**- Salary package w/ competitive benefits according to qualifications and experience- Opportunities to take responsibility, grow professionally, and Stay Nerdy- A positive and collaborative work culture- Check out what employees say about us on Glassdoor- Working at a leading open-source company*****Equal Opportunities Employer - Statement
