Job Summary The ideal candidate would be an experienced Channel Account Manager who has worked in Unified Communications or Telecom and has familiarity with Agent / Consultant Programs and has experience working with Master Agents. They will primarily be responsible for driving the activities of the company’s Regional Channel Sales including Agents / Consultants and the attainment of significant growth in revenue from net new resellers / consultants. Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx Calling experience and existing relationships in this these spaces are a plus. Responsibilities Handle sales opportunities with end users and partners. Drive channel revenue growth. Train and be the primary point of contact for assigned Master Agents. Identify new reseller candidates and successfully recruit, train, and motivate all channel partners within the LATAM region to obtain sell-through rates. Execute Marketing Plans with channel partners. Work with company marketing team to jointly execute demand generating marketing programs. Educate partner and consultant sales teams on company products, key messaging, and proper techniques for the identification of target customers. Qualifications 24+ years directly related channel sales experience. Strong knowledge of Unified Communications market. Experience and existing relationships with Telecom and UC Master Agents and Consultants. Experience with Software as a Service and device as a Service. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong computer and software application skills. Fluent in Spanish and English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
