At Kyndryl, we want you to keep growing, and we’ll provide plenty of opportunities to make that happen.**Your Role and Responsibilities**The position requires a strong understanding of existing and emerging legal and regulatory developments in Brazil and Latin America (and, ideally, an interest in emerging international developments as well) impacting data privacy and cybersecurity, including identifying regulatory trends, evaluating the potential impact of such trends to the business, the ability to lead and manage incident investigation teams composed of various stakeholders, and an interest in negotiating privacy and security terms in various types of agreements.
