What you'll do
We're looking for an Account Executive to accelerate Clara's growth by generating and closing new business opportunities through 100% outbound efforts. You'll play a key role in expanding Clara's reach in Brazil by identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects.
This is a self-driven sales role where you'll manage your own pipeline end to end—from prospecting to closing—while representing Clara with clarity, discipline, and energy. Success will be measured by your ability to hit and exceed aggressive new client acquisition targets.
You will:
- Own the outbound sales motion for your territory, from lead sourcing to signed contracts
- Build and manage a high-volume pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach
- Set and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Track and optimize performance against KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and closed deals
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activity and client interactions using Hubspot CRM
- Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating Clara's value proposition to potential clients
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves
- Strong pipeline management skills and a consistent record of exceeding outbound sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Based in Salvador
- Working proficiency in Portuguese
- Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
- Experience in SaaS or the financial industry
- Network within the financial ecosystem
- Basic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learn
- Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate workflows
- A good sense of humor

Clara's Hybrid Policy
Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
