HR Specialist for Colombia, Ecuador & Venezuela El Channel Sales Manager será responsable de impulsar el crecimiento comercial a través de la gestión y fortalecimiento de los canales de distribución en Caracas. Tendrá un rol estratégico en la expansión de la red de socios, garantizando su desarrollo, soporte y alineación con los objetivos comerciales de Hikvision. Gestión de canales: Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con distribuidores y revendedores, siendo su principal punto de contacto. Estrategia de ventas: Implementar planes comerciales que aumenten la presencia de Hikvision en el mercado y garanticen el cumplimiento de objetivos. Capacitación: Asegurar que los socios cuenten con el conocimiento necesario para promover y vender el portafolio. Expansión de red: Identificar y reclutar nuevos canales en Caracas y zonas estratégicas. Relación y acompañamiento: Brindar soporte comercial continuo y conectar a los socios con las áreas internas cuando sea necesario. Monitoreo del desempeño: Analizar avances, elaborar reportes y ajustar estrategias según los resultados. Trabajo en equipo: Coordinar con marketing, ventas y soporte técnico para fortalecer la demanda y visibilidad de la marca. Requisitos del Puesto Experiencia: 3 a 5 años en ventas de canal o gestión de distribuidores en tecnología, seguridad electrónica o telecomunicaciones. Conocimientos: Familiaridad con soluciones de videovigilancia y tecnología; experiencia con portafolios similares es un plus. Habilidades: Comunicación efectiva, negociación, presentación y orientación a resultados. Idiomas: español nativo; inglés intermedio deseable. Condiciones Específicas del Rol Residir en Caracas. Disponibilidad para viajar. Atención a los estados: Carabobo, Aragua, Cojedes, parte de Guárico y parte de la cartera de Capital.
