**About the role**
**Position**: Finance and Administration Assistant
**Location**: West Melbourne VIC with onsite parking
**Status**: Full Time
**Duties**
- Reconciling shipping lines and facilitating payments
- Paying foreign currency to Overseas Agents and clients for both Australia and New Zealand
- Reconciling revenue and the WIP reports
- Accounts payable and receivable duties
- General administration tasks for the team as required / directed
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;
- Experience in AP, AR, and administration - including Excel
- Basic book keeping or accounting background
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of people
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team - using a proactive approach to task resolution
- Highly organised with an eye for detail
