An Australian Dairy company which have worldwide reputation in ingredient production are growing their team. They pride themselves on their ability to customise and tailor products in an agile manner. Quality is a core focus within the business, and they are looking for a Quality Officer to join the team an hour and a half from Melbourne in the Gippsland region.
**About the Role**
As a Quality Officer, you will report to the Quality Lead where you will support in managing the site quality management system which will include GMP programs, cleaning & sanitation, performing internal and external audits, supporting food safety programs, and assisting production.
To be successful in the position, you must have the ability to be a driver of culture change to achieve an exceptional quality culture across the site. This will involve having the ability to be hands on approach as well as having a curious nature to think outside the box.
**Skills & Experience**
This is an exciting and integral role within the business for future growth and your experience and skill set will include the following:
- Degree qualified with relevant working experience in a food & beverage manufacturing environment, ideally in a dairy setting.
- Experience in managing quality systems and to lead improvement activities.
- Exceptional attention to detail coinciding with strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships.
