**Head of Digital Business SA**
(Business Entrepreneur)
**Atividades**:
Responsável por liderar a equipe Digital regional para atingir metas de vendas ambiciosas.
Seleção de pessoal para a equipe, definição de papéis e responsabilidades.
Elaboração do plano regional de vendas do portfólio Digital.
Definir estratégia conjunta com outros líderes de negócios e equipe para alavancar vendas.
Atender às necessidades da equipe para alcançar o sucesso esperado (treinamento, comunicação, ferramentas, networking,...)
Gestão do pipeline de oportunidades digitais.
Orientar Key Accounts Regionais na jornada da Transformação Digital.
Gestão da experiência geral do cliente em projetos digitais.
Acompanhamento interno do desempenho/resultados dos projetos em execução.
Aplicar competências de Liderança: Habilitar, Conectar e Transformar.

Habilidades em gerenciamento de projetos.
Habilidades de gestão de pessoas.
Experiência internacional.

5 anos (mínimo) de experiência em processo de fabricação papel e celulose.
