What You'll Do

• Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce.com CRM
• Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements.
• Write technical approach and design documentation supporting business needs.
• Create development and integration plans.
• Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer I & II preferred
• Salesforce.com Architecture, Design, Development, Administration and Operational Support required.
• Firm understanding of Object-Oriented Programming methodologies, design patterns and development best practices.
• Experience working with the Force.com development platform: Apex Code (Triggers, Controllers and Batch classes), Visualforce pages, Web Service APIs, and the Lightning Platform (Aura /LWC framework)
• Firm understanding of Force.com development best practices Configuration and Customization framework of Salesforce.com in User Configuration, Security & Visibility Features such as OWD, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, Custom Settings & Metadata Setup
• Strong Apex Unit Testing skills.
• Design and implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc.
• Strong web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, HTML, XML
• Strong SDLC experience
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
• Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA)
• Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills
• Experience with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Financial Services Cloud
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

The Qualifications You Must Have

• BS degree in Computer Science Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field or a combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience with minimum 3 years in developing, enhancing, and implementing Salesforce CPQ Projects.
• Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology partners.
• Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Passionate about continuous learning
• Experience in developing unit tests
• Strong problem-solving skill
• Required Salesforce Developer Certification
• Required Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification

Our Preferred Qualifications

• Should have demonstrated a strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) while resolving complex business requirements and use cases.
• Experience across Salesforce CPQ configurations, including but not limited to Product configurations, Features, Options, Option Constraints, Contracted Pricing, Price and Product Rules, Price and Product lookups, Amendments and Renewal considerations, QCP scripts, External Pricing Engines.
• Highly skilled in Salesforce development using VS code, Salesforce DX and CLI, lightning App builder.
• Should have hands-on experience with salesforce's out of the box capabilities, standard and custom objects, data modeling, validations rules, sharing settings, profile, and permissions.
• Develop custom code for complex use cases using Triggers, Apex Classes, Visualforce pages, Aura/ Lightning Web Components, HTML, Flows, soql/sosl, etc.
• Should be able to effectively communicate with business users, support CPQ application and implement any enhancement requested.
• Should be able to address technical queries, formulate solution and take initiatives like – preparing the process, meeting drives metric collection and analysis, etc.
• Design, develop and implement Salesforce CRM capabilities based on strategic business and technical requirements.
• Evaluate, ensure, and recommend appropriate solution is leveraged – platform v. custom. Should be able to identify issues, code upgrade and design considerations.
• Design and implement solution to integrate Salesforce with external systems like SAP, etc.
• Integrate Salesforce application/solution using natively available integration techniques like REST/SOAP etc.
