Overview Manager of IT at Ledn, a global financial services company built for digital assets, is a full-time role on the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team. The ideal candidate will wear multiple hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. The role requires prior success in similar fast-growing, security-first environments and a passion for automation and infrastructure as code. The role reports to the Director of IT. What You Will Do Provide customer-facing, first-line IT support to employees via Slack, Jira, etc. Run on macOS environments and ensure enterprise readiness. Procure and deliver technology equipment; manage onboarding for new employees and offboarding for departing employees. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge base. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and Mac endpoint/mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf). Own improvements to IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta) and document solutions; automate routine tasks when possible. Manage incidents and issues through resolution; balance help desk tickets with project work and Agile methodologies (Sprints/Jira). Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, NetSuite). Ability to create automations using bash/zsh/python; experience with open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows; API experience for system integrations. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping/receiving and customs. Excellent communication skills across all media and strong writing abilities for tickets, emails, and Slack. Understanding of security concepts, PGP, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching), and OSI model troubleshooting. Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and work across multiple teams. Nice to Have Some familiarity with AWS. Experience with GAM and command-line interfaces; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.
