OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.Ledn collaborates with clients to democratize access to the global economy through its products and services.Come join us as we build, innovate and revolutionize financial services.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is excited to help end users who need assistance.You will participate in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.You should be adaptable to the evolving corporate infrastructure landscape and motivated to contribute to a fast-moving, execution-oriented team.This role reports to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesProvide customer-facing IT support and be the first line of support for employees via tools such as Slack and Jira.Proactively manage Mac endpoints and enterprise environments; procure and deliver technology equipment; own the onboarding and offboarding experience.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and automation tools; contribute improvements to knowledge bases.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM) and contribute to IDP/SSO improvements (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Write clear help articles, automate repetitive tasks, and manage incidents to resolution.Prioritize help desk tickets and participate in project work within agile sprints (Jira).Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.Experience with open source tools and onboarding processes (e.g., Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, Munki, etc.).Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows; knowledge of APIs and system integrations.Experience providing remote support across multiple countries and time zones; familiarity with shipping and receiving hardware and customs.Strong communication skills across all media; ability to convey ideas clearly and support others without frustration.Excellent written communication for tickets, email, and Slack.Security-minded with knowledge of PGP and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching); familiarity with OSI model troubleshooting.Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and collaborate across teams.Nice to HavesSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and CLI workflows.Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.Culture fit: thrives in startup/tech environments and embodies company values.Culture and BenefitsWe seek leaders who are adaptable, resilient, and collaborative; a builder's mindset to create, iterate, and scale IT practices; integrity and accountability in handling confidential information; and experience working in remote environments.We offer a comprehensive total rewards package starting on day one, including a competitive PTO package, stock ownership through equity, and remote-first policies allowing up to 180 days of remote work globally (subject to restrictions).We are an equal opportunity employer and value inclusivity and diversity.Applicants may reach out for accommodation requests during the recruitment process; requests will be handled confidentially.Location and Recruitment NotesLocation: Petrolina, Pernambuco, Brazil.We are a remote-first organization and may contact qualified applicants due to high volume.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response; unsolicited agency resumes are not accepted.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesRetail#J-*****-Ljbffr
