General Manager, LATAM - Global Business Solutions We are seeking a highly motivated General Manager to drive commercial and product efforts across the LATAM region (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and PanLATAM). The General Manager will be the business leader responsible for driving revenue for advertisers on TikTok throughout LATAM, with accountability for technical expertise in performance advertising, commercial strategy, revenue goals, personnel readiness, product requirements, and flawless operational execution within the assigned industries. This role reports to the Regional Head overseeing LATAM, APAC, and METAP, and serves as the advocate for performance advertising internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, deep industry knowledge, technical mastery, and the ability to drive revenue growth through innovative sales tactics and strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth across various verticals. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, Strategy & Operations, and broader cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term business relationships. Product Development Collaboration: Work with product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands. Voice-of-Customer: Inform product roadmaps by relaying client needs and identifying key feature opportunities. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and enable data-driven decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key partners to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Measurement and Data: Partner with measurement and data science teams to evolve and evangelize TikTok’s performance attribution framework, enabling clients to track and optimize ROI. Advance customer strategy and execution of Performance and Demand Gen for Performance campaigns. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 15+ years of experience in a sales, account management, and/or product solution selling role 5+ years of leadership experience, including experience managing and mentoring managers as well as individual contributors Must be willing to work in Mexico City, Mexico Proficient in Spanish & English (due to regional business requirements) Preferred Qualifications Experience managing advertisers throughout the funnel with deep understanding of their challenges and objectives; demonstrated ability to lead technically complex sales conversations related to pixels, conversion APIs, feed-based ads, attribution windows, and signal loss solutions Prior experience with commerce-specific solutions such as dynamic product ads, shopping campaigns, and feed management systems Deep knowledge of performance platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic DSPs) and how they compare to TikTok’s ad ecosystem Experience leading multi-region teams or navigating global, matrixed organizations Experience partnering with third-party measurement partners (e.g., Nielsen, MMM vendors) and commerce integrations (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) Leadership experience engaging and influencing at the executive level within a fast-growing organization Please submit your CV/resume in English for consideration About TikTok TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
