Attendance of ZIM vessels ;
Coordination of paperwork with local authorities;
Handle third parties accessing the vessel during port stay;
Coordination with the terminals, pilots and tugs and all service providers need for the ZIM operated vessel;
Set the schedules into the system for Brazil. Send the IMO, Reefer manifest to all vessel/partners and lashing certificate, and IMO classification;
Keep track of procedures from operations dept. into SAP;
**Requirements**:
Advanced English level
Office 365 mainly excel and word
Degree in logistics, International trade, or related areas
SAP user
