We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Growth Associate, overseeing client relationships and driving revenue expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client onboarding, training, and adoption, ensuring seamless integration of our services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with onboarding and implementation processes, and the ability to work remotely across various time zones. Key responsibilities include: Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Ensuring timely and efficient onboarding and training processes Leading discovery meetings with key users and stakeholders from clients and partners To succeed in this role, you should have 2-4 years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager in a SaaS company. Additionally, you should be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, analyze customer usage data, and conduct regular business reviews.
