If you\'re looking to be part of a dynamic environment that challenges the status quo and puts people at the heart of every decision, RecargaPay is the perfect place for you to grow, co-create, and make a meaningful impact Responsibilities Manage the bank reconciliation process within the ERP system Control the expense provisions inventory of the RecargaPay Group, acting as the focal point between controllership, procurement, and taxes Record and monitor payroll Control and validate the allocation of prepaid expenses (insurance, general expenses, bank guarantee fees) Be responsible for the fixed assets and intangible assets module (capitalization, depreciation, and amortization) Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the SAP ERP tool Support the accounting of credit lines Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and analyze P&L variances Assist in task automation processes Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting Previous experience in accounting or finance, preferably in financial institutions or technology companies Intermediate knowledge of Excel (routine functions - testing will be applied) Ability to work in a team and adapt to a constantly evolving environment Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills Nice to Have Foreign language (English and/or Spanish) Previous experience with accounting software and/or ERP systems (SAP/4Hana will be a strong differentiator) Proficiency in a foreign language (English or Spanish) Benefits Health and dental insurance with no co-pay; Life insurance; Flexible Meal Benefit - Flash card; TotalPass (wellness and fitness program); Home office allowance - monthly deposit via the RecargaPay app for personal use; Incentive through education and language learning platforms; Work from anywhere - your office is wherever you are.
