Customer Success Engineering Team Lead We're driven by a shared mission—to solve real-world problems with cutting-edge technology and bold thinking. The role requires overseeing a team of Customer Success Engineers who enable customer success with our award-winning portfolio. As the CSE Manager, you will drive the team to in-depth knowledge of indicators of success, utilizing data and analytical skills to guide changes, updates, and improvements. Manage customer escalations, triage issues, prioritize tasks, negotiate customer expectations, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams Build and lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Engineers, driving performance metrics - CSAT, renewal rate, upsell/cross-sell identification, reference-ability, adoption, consumption, and customer engagement Our ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
