Position: Customer Success Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Coordinator. As a contractor, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and providing timely and effective communication
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs, and proactively provide solutions and recommendations to enhance their experience
  • Onboard new learners and guide them through our services, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation
  • Provide ongoing support to learners, troubleshooting issues and resolving any concerns that may arise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall learner experience
  • Monitor customer usage and performance, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, and provide insights to the team to drive product improvements and enhancements
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to continuously improve our customer success strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience with CRM software and project management tools (e.g. Salesforce, Asana) is a plus

Location:

This is a remote position based in Brazilia, Federal District, Brazil. You will have the flexibility to work from home.
