We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Developer to join our team at the e-commerce and retail media market. As a Business Developer, you will be instrumental in driving business growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the digital marketplace. Since generating leads through targeted prospecting efforts, including cold outreach, networking events, online platforms, referrals and engaging with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, pain points, retail media needs are key areas to be performed with creativity and perseverance routinely.
What You'll Do Here:
- Build presentations for prospects.
- Develop and execute strategies along with market partners.
- Envision opportunities to increase revenue for current and new customers.
- Identify decision makers within targeted accounts through Sales tools, mailings and LinkedIn).
- Place proactive outbound calls and emails to potential prospects to establish qualified leads.
- Effectively vet and qualify new, inbound leads to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales activities.
- Initiate and conduct proactive call and email campaigns designed to follow up with prospects who have shown interest in doing business with the company.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and pitches that demonstrate the value of our e-commerce and digital marketing solutions. Tailor proposals to address client needs, objections, and competitive differentiation.
We Need a Person With:
- +2 years of experience working in an agency and/or media outlet.
- Excellent presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- English proficiency to discuss, write and carry out presentations.
- Experience in attracting, retaining and developing clients.
- Intermediate skills of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Previous experience with Office/G-suite package and skills in Excel/Sheets (pivot table, VLOOKUP, etc).
- Previous experience in Online Media and its main vehicles.
- Prior experience with Google Ads.
What we consider as a plus:
- +2 years of experience in the commercial area and understanding of commercial methodologies.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
- Previous experience with Marketplace campaigns.
- Certifications in Marketplaces - Retail Media.
