Title job: Pre‑sales Technical Consultant Qualifications +2‑3 years of relevant experience(s) as Pre‑sales Technical Consultant involved in project management activities, customer service experience as well as global team experience Nice to have knowledge of Smart Cards, EMV, and cryptographic technologies Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Portuguese and intermediate English or Spanish as nice to have. Responsibilities Provide technical support for banking projects, including EMV card personalization, card development lifecycle, key management, and product lifecycle. Support sales activities by contributing to technical input for presentations, tenders, and proposals. Lead and implement projects, including requirements gathering, product selection, and technical delivery. Coordinate product validation and maintain close technical relationships with customers. Participate in product specification reviews to influence product evolution and identify upselling opportunities. Manage technical troubleshooting and support quality issue resolution, acting as first‑level technical escalation. Promote and implement standards for custom and complex products for key customers. Operate independently with minimal supervision.
