The Opportunity:Country Sales Head,

Brazil is responsible for developing a business strategy for selling the company’s products and services to assigned current and potential Strategic Enterprise customers. Manages overall relationship with Enterprise customers and is accountable for revenue and profit goals for assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

Develops a profitable growth strategy for selling the company’s products and services to current and potential customers including specific plans to achieve both short and long term profitable growth. Works with assigned Strategic Enterprise customer accounts as the lead point of contact within the organization to deliver revenue targets and outstanding customer service.Executes sales strategy to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.Understands customer business strategy, decision-making process, and customer culture to develop a path for negotiating and closing new business opportunities.Supports RNZ global offices with opportunities at assigned customer accounts.Conducts sales presentations, farm trials & demonstrations, and coordinates the development of bid proposals and quotes.Seeks out and collaborates with the RNZ team to bring the best product and technical expertise to the Enterprise accountsAssists in development of sales and marketing budget and subsequently ensures adherence to the budget numbers.Contributes to positive Company image, supports regional and national trade shows and marketsThis position requires the ability to make independent decisions or determine when to seek assistance from peers or supervisor.

Qualifications:Education:

B.Sc or M. Sc (Agriculture) with MBA in Marketing from reputed institutesExperience:

10+ years of relevant experience in sales of manufactured & traded agri inputs to large agri enterprise customers. Proven track record of developing sales and driving market share growth. Possesses effective negotiation and analytical business selling skills, including experience in prospecting, quoting, closing profitable new business, and negotiating large contracts and long-term agreements.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ambition to exceed sales goals and contribute to continuous improvementStrong Business Analysis capabilitiesStrong Communication Skills including the ability to effectively present to the Senior Leadership TeamStrong Leadership Skills & ability to balance Strategic Thinking with Tactical ExecutionFree to travel within the sales territory

Software Application and Technical Knowledge:Advanced skills with: SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM & BI tools, Presentation packages
