About the Role

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Hilton remains competitive in the market.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in hospitality or a related industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, with a strong understanding of the local market and hospitality industry.
