The company operates a full-fledged Research Centre focused on ideation to commercial production of patented, fully sustainable biostimulants and biopesticides for meeting future farming needs.

The Opportunity:

The Country Sales Head, Brazil is responsible for developing a business strategy for selling the company's products and services to assigned current and potential Strategic Enterprise customers. This role manages overall relationships with Enterprise customers and is accountable for revenue and profit goals for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops a profitable growth strategy for selling the company's products and services to current and potential customers, including specific plans to achieve both short and long-term profitable growth. Works with assigned Strategic Enterprise customer accounts as the lead point of contact within the organization to deliver revenue targets and outstanding customer service.
  • Executes sales strategy to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Understands customer business strategy, decision-making process, and customer culture to develop a path for negotiating and closing new business opportunities.
  • Supports RNZ Group global offices with opportunities at assigned customer accounts.
  • Conducts sales presentations, farm trials & demonstrations, and coordinates the development of bid proposals and quotes.
  • Seeks out and collaborates with the RNZ Group team to bring the best product and technical expertise to the Enterprise accounts.
  • Assists in development of sales and marketing budget and subsequently ensures adherence to the budget numbers.
  • Contributes to positive Company image, supports regional and national trade shows and markets.
  • This position requires the ability to make independent decisions or determine when to seek assistance from peers or supervisor.

Qualifications:

Education: B.Sc or M. Sc (Agriculture) with MBA in Marketing from reputable institutes.

Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in sales of manufactured & traded agri inputs to large agri enterprise customers. Proven track record of developing sales and driving market share growth. Possesses effective negotiation and analytical business selling skills, including experience in prospecting, quoting, closing profitable new business, and negotiating large contracts and long-term agreements.

  • Strong Leadership Skills & ability to balance Strategic Thinking with Tactical Execution.
  • Free to travel within the sales territory.

Software Application and Technical Knowledge:

  • Advanced skills with: SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM & BI tools, Presentation packages.
