VM Migrations Strategic Partner Development Manager, Google Cloud (Portuguese, Spanish, English)

Responsibilities
  • Help partners grow their business on Google Cloud by driving VM Migrations and related VMware applications solutions with the aim of serving as their trusted advisor for both pre and post-business customer engagements.
  • Lead the life-cycle of Go-to-Market (GTM) offering creation from business case, planning, governance, business value, solution differentiation, business growth modeling.
  • Work across business, marketing, and partner teams to drive the VMware business in the region.
  • Drive the creation of global demand generation and GTM plans to achieve Google Cloud and partner business goals.
  • Be the single point of contact for the partners in our portfolio around key areas. Work cross-functionally to ensure prompt and proper resolution of key business issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience serving in business development/customer or partner-facing roles relating to public cloud services.
  • Experience supporting partners in creation of go-to-market offerings (e.g., VMWare, SAP).
  • Experience taking new products and solutions to market.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese, Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in developing Go-to-Market (GTM) offerings (e.g., VMWare, SAP) based on industry and regional requirements.
  • Experience in launching and landing Go-to-Market (GTM) offerings (e.g., VMWare, SAP) to customers and tracking new business.
  • Experience in conducting partner executive briefings and understanding of a partner\'s offerings.

Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
