Responsibilities
  • Provide compliance support to industrial clients regarding NPDES requirements under the Clean Water Act
  • Oversee project management duties, including budget, invoicing, cost management, and client communications
  • Interface with clients to ensure satisfaction and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct thorough technical reviews of reports to ensure compliance and recommend corrective actions
  • Support client development efforts through proposal preparation for water resources projects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (civil engineering, geology, environmental sciences) is desirable
  • 10+ years of experience providing project management services, particularly in stormwater-related services
  • Proven experience managing and delivering stormwater-related projects as a Project Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Registered PE in CA, WA, or OR
  • Experience in leading large projects and teams
  • Demonstrated history of meeting project deadlines and achieving client satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing conditions
  • Team player mentality with problem-solving aptitude
