Overview

As a Project Manager you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for conversational AI projects. Experience in the contact center and insurance sector is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for conversational AI projects.
  • Design and document functional specifications and user stories for AI-driven conversational solutions.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of conversational AI solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve AI performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of conversational AI solutions, providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI technologies.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of conversational AI solutions.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of customer service processes and best practices.
  • Experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Portfolio & Project Management.
  • Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is required.
Work Model

Hybrid. Based on business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo SP. The organization supports a healthy work-life balance through various wellbeing programs.
