**What You'll Do**:
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company services.
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
- Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
- Find creative ways to generate relevant prospects.
- Generating new business opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development Representative roles in a global environment.
- 2+ years of experience with lead generation techniques, including researching and identifying potential customers or prospects through various sources (e.g., online research, social media, industry events).
- Experience working with international clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (SF/Outreach) to manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Must be based in Latam.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken, written, and reading).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for and understanding of the sports industry
- Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- ** Applications must be submitted in English.**
**Bonus Points if you have**:
- Experience in Gaming/betting industry in Latam region.
