As part of a growing international group, Kokku is establishing a scalable and professional finance and procurement backbone to support its expanding operations in Brazil, Argentina, Serbia, Portugal, and the UK.

Role Overview

As Procurement Manager, you will lead and structure Kokku’s procurement function. This hands-on leadership role focuses on managing indirect spend (estimated at $1M–$2M USD annually), improving procurement processes, driving savings, and enabling scalable growth through strong vendor and category management.

This role is part of a broader shared services structure within the group, supporting strategic sourcing and procurement for other entities in Argentina, Serbia, Portugal, and the UK, particularly in indirect categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and structure the procurement function at Kokku, including policies, procedures, tools, and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute category strategies across core indirect areas: Travel, IT, HR, and Professional Services.
  • Manage and develop a team of 2 procurement analysts.
  • Lead vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and budget requirements.
  • Establish and manage procurement processes that can scale across the group.
  • Liaise with stakeholders in finance, HR, and operations across countries to forecast needs and aggregate demand.
  • Report savings, compliance, and spend analysis regularly to the CFO and support strategic planning.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance for contract reviews, budgeting, and audit requirements.
