Procurement Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead and structure our procurement function.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on managing indirect spend, improving procurement processes, driving savings, and enabling scalable growth through strong vendor and category management.

  • Key responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Building and structuring the procurement function, including policies, procedures, tools, and KPIs.
  • Developing and executing category strategies across core indirect areas: Travel, IT, HR, and Professional Services.
  • Managing and developing a team of 2 procurement analysts.
  • Leading vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and budget requirements.
  • Establishing and managing procurement processes that can scale across the group.
  • Liaising with stakeholders in finance, HR, and operations across countries to forecast needs and aggregate demand.
  • Reporting savings, compliance, and spend analysis regularly to senior management.
