As a key member of the sales department, the Regional Sales Manager will support the development and implementation of the overall sales strategy across various levels. Acting as the main contact for the dealer network, this role ensures sales targets are met, developing specific strategies as needed. The manager also ensures adherence to sales processes within the dealer network to provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Collaboration with Marketing, CRM, and Business Development teams is essential.
Responsibilities and Tasks- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies for new and pre-owned car sales to maximize revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as Principals, Sales Directors, and PAG Management partners, to enhance collaboration and strategic alignment.
- Review and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring smooth operations and maximized opportunities.
- Engage with dealerships and participate in dealer events to foster relationships and understand market dynamics.
- Establish frameworks to track and evaluate dealer sales performance, driving continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to promote a high-performance culture and support individual development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; postgraduate in Marketing or Business is desirable.
- Over 10 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or premium goods industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, fluent in English.
- Understanding of the premium automotive market and dynamics.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset.
- Familiarity with legislation and importation processes.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer lifecycle management.
- Availability for 50-60% business travel.
