Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients following the completion of the sales process, serving as a strategic partner in the day-to-day management of advertising campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign effectiveness, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization. Translate client needs into actionable insights for the Product and Operations teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform and service delivery. Lead training sessions and onboarding initiatives related to the Kwai for Business platform, empowering clients through technical knowledge and self-sufficiency. Develop strategic action plans to maximize the value of our solutions and foster long-term relationships with key accounts. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure strategic alignment and drive sustained account growth. Uphold a customer-centric mindset focused on delivering an exceptional, proactive, and solution-oriented experience to our partners. Requirements 5+ years of proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably within the technology, media, or digital advertising industries. Solid understanding of digital performance metrics, such as CPM, CTR, CPC, and ROI. Proficiency in productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into practical actions. Excellent communication skills, active listening, and a consultative approach to client engagement. Demonstrated organizational skills, autonomy, and a proactive work style. Hands-on experience with digital media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
