Working in Medical Communications as a part of the Program Management Team you will support the achievement of PPD and client business and operational objectives, besides to support the program team by performing administrative and staff oversight functions related to training, quality, workflow and reporting to.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Support the organization of meetings, prepare taking minutes, develop reports (financial or not);
- Organization of events (medical events, congresses, fairs, round tables);
- Develop and manage spreadsheets and delivery schedules, provides internal follow-up.
**Job Qualification**
**Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required**
- Superior verbal and written English communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment or in an independent, self-directed environment;
- Demonstrated confidence and initiative;
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office.
**Education / Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in a Administration, Marketing, International Relations or Science/health-related field;
- English advanced/fluent is mandatory.
