Estamos em busca de um(a) Sales Development Representative - SDR para realizar a qualificação de clientes, garantindo a triagem rápida e o direcionamento assertivo de leads para o fechamento de negócios e maximização da taxa de conversão.
Responsabilidades
Você será responsável por:
-
Qualificar clientes através do recebimento de leads e atendimento inicial via ligação ou interação instantânea;
-
Alinhar o perfil do cliente com as soluções oferecidas, coletando informações cadastrais de acordo com o produto;
-
Direcionar leads qualificados ao Closer, garantindo uma triagem eficiente e contribuindo para a redução da taxa de churn;
-
Atuar de forma colaborativa para aumentar a taxa de conversão de oportunidades em negócios fechados.
Requisitos:
-
Ensino Superior cursando em Marketing ou áreas correlatas;
-
Experiência com sistemas CRM e atendimento ao cliente;
-
Desejável vivência em atendimento no segmento de veículos;
-
Diferencial: conhecimento em aplicações Microsoft 365, como SharePoint, Power BI e Teams.
