**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately update and document shipment statuses in internal systems.
- Monitor carrier performance to ensure timely deliveries and resolve mid-transit issues according to company SOPs.
- ** Communication & Escalations**:
- Contact carriers to obtain time-sensitive updates and log information appropriately.
- Proactively identify and communicate issues to relevant teams for quick resolution.
- ** Support Carrier Sales Operations**:
- Assist Carrier Sales Representatives by ensuring smooth operations across their book of business.
- Collaborate with internal departments and maintain a professional attitude while working under pressure.
- ** Continuous Learning & Improvement**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, including seasonal and geographic freight dynamics.
- Be open to learning and mastering the company's proprietary technology and systems.
- ** Team Contribution**:
