Backend Developer Position We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join our team at a leading financial institution in São Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apache Kafka, Spring Boot microservices, and Apache Flink for real-time processing. Develop backend services using Spring Boot microservices, focusing on event-driven architectures powered by Apache Kafka. Implement and optimize Kafka producers, consumers, and stream-processing applications, leveraging Apache Flink for real-time data processing and analytics. Collaborate with architects, DevOps teams, and developers to ensure seamless integration of Kafka, Flink, and microservices across the backend ecosystem. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Kafka clusters and Flink jobs for performance, reliability, and scalability. Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to best practices across all Kafka and Flink-related solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services. Optimize system performance and scalability. Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
