We’re looking for a **Head of Growth**to take full ownership of our growth engine. This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution across paid acquisition, product-led growth (PLG), SEO, and analytics.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Own the full growth roadmap: acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
- Lead paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, and other platforms.
- Build and execute SEO and content strategies to drive organic growth.
- Collaborate with Product on referral loops, onboarding, and in-app growth levers.
- Define and track key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, MRR expansion).
- Run A/B tests and data-driven experiments to optimize performance.
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team across paid, content, and ops.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Growth or marketing leadership experience in a SaaS company.
- Proven track record scaling go-to-market efforts from mid-market to enterprise.
- Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, PLG, and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, Cometly, Hyros.
- Strong analytical mindset and hands-on execution style.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment experience.
