As a System Admin with Kyndryl, you will have the opportunity to provide high-value IT services and leverage our leading-edge technology portfolio in our global network. Your work has a direct impact on the day-to-day productivity of our business by ensuring integrity of, and access to, our most important resource: data.This position is responsible for the administration of Unix and Linux server operating systems and the associated hardware. Specific operating systems are AIX and Red Hat.The administrator will participate in and/or lead efforts to build, upgrade, migrate and update these servers. The administrator will be part of an Agile multi skilled squad, composed of professionals spread across different locations.Vaga exclusiva para pessoas com deficiência ou reabilitadas**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**Technical Requirements / Soft Skills:- Solid knowledge in supporting the AIX and Linux Operating System- Knowledge in managing environments in Virtual I/O Server- Knowledge in Shell Script- Basic knowledge in Storage SAN- Experience in Implementation and Administration of servers with System Mirror PowerHA- Advanced Performance Analysis and Troubleshooting- Proactivity- Ability to communicate in English (reading and writing)- Collaborative and team work- Clear and concise communication**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**Basic or Intermediate English- Analysis and Optimization of environment performance (capacity and performance)- Develop and implement monitoring of the environment (continuous monitoring)- Implement automatic incident resolution automations (auto-healing)- Attendance to highly complex and critical incidents and requests- Planning and execution of technical windows of high complexity and/or impact- Propose/implement improvement solutions for managed environments- Creation of runbooks and environment documentation- Participate in solution definitions/technical consulting in problem solving**Required Education**Pre-University Qualification**Preferred Education**NoneKyndryl is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
