Information Technology Manager

Overview Ledn is a global financial services company focused on digital assets. We are seeking an experienced Manager of IT to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time role. The ideal candidate supports end users, manages endpoints, automates identity and access management, and administers cloud-based IT systems and tools. The role emphasizes automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code, while also helping end users who need assistance. You will report to the Director of IT. Responsibilities Be customer-facing and act as the first line of IT support via channels such as Slack, Jira, etc.; own the support experience for employees. Troubleshoot macOS in an enterprise environment and perform terminal-based support. Procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding and retrieval of tech for new and departing employees. Design, test, build, document programs and policies, and contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.). Own and improve IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks. Manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents as needed through to completion. Prioritize help desk tickets and work on projects in sprints; document work in Jira and apply agile practices. Set and align personal objectives and key results with team and company goals. What You Bring To Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc. Experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; API integration experience. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping and customs. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly and empathetically. Security mindset, basic understanding of PGP, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching), and OSI model troubleshooting. Self-management with the ability to scope projects, priorities, and coordinate across teams; strong organizational skills. Comfort with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete data. Nice To Haves Some familiarity with AWS; not required to have certifications. Experience with GAM and command-line automation. Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace certifications.
