Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Global Marketing teams to drive growth in South Latin America by shaping impactful strategies for key product lines, including Industrial Instruments, Continuous Monitoring Systems, Power Systems, Liquid Concentration, and Services. Be a pivotal player in empowering our distributor network and showcasing Vaisala’s innovative solutions. To stay ahead of the game, we invest around 13 % of our net sales in research and development.**Responsibilities include**:- **Campaign management**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns in alignment with the marketing plan, ensuring timely and effective delivery.- **Event planning**: Organize and manage offline and online events to boost brand awareness and generate sales-qualified leads.- **Localization**: Leverage global translation tools to localize and update marketing materials in Portuguese, in collaboration with sales teams.- **Media engagement**: Collaborate with media outlets for article releases, advertising, and thought-leadership content via social media.- **Distributor support**: Provide marketing support for distributors, including coordinating launch updates, sharing best practices, and assisting with events.- **Sales collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to execute marketing activities that drive mutual objectives.- **Travel requirements**: Occasional travel (~25%) for trade shows, meetings, or training. Holding a valid VISA for travel to the United States and Mexico is a plus.**Skills and knowledge**:- **Multitasking and execution**: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and execute efficiently. Skilled at working independently on routine tasks and maximizing impact within resource constraints (budget and timeline).- **Digital marketing expertise**: Proficient in using digital marketing tools to enhance customer engagement and optimize the customer experience.- **Team collaboration**:**Strong team player with the ability to work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure a unified approach to achieving goals.- **Communication and interpersonal skills**:Excellent communication skills to connect with regional and global stakeholders, with confidence in presenting results and fostering collaboration across departments.- **Proactive and analytical mindset**: Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, combined with excellent analytical skills to identify opportunities and drive impactful outcomes**.****Job requirements**:- **Education & experience**: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field, and 10+ years in marketing, preferably in an international B2B setting. Expertise in product marketing, product management, and collaboration with sales and distributors is key.- **Language skills**: Native-level Portuguese and fluent English are essential.
